2013 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2013 Paloma Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% pure Cabernet. It is fermented in French oak—33% new—for 18 months before being bottled in the spring, then bottle-aged for an additional 18 months before release.
"Fills the glass with enticing scents of ripe plum, ground cocoa, herbs and notes of white pepper. In the mouth, the wine shares delights of dark berries, evolving to rich cherry liqueur.
