The 2018 Paloma Cabernet Sauvignon emerges from the glass with beautiful waves of dark, black fruits, anise, and subtle notes of flint and black pepper. This is a rich, concentrated wine that presents a dense texture while filling the mouth with deep, lush flavors of ripe plum, dark cherry liqueur, and cocoa dust. The wine completes the promise with a silky, smooth, lingering finish. Given the heritage of Paloma Spring Mountain fruit, one should expect this Cabernet to offer many years of total enjoyment.

The 2018 Paloma Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% pure Cabernet. It is fermented in French oak—33% new—for 18 months before being bottled in the spring, then bottle-aged for an additional 24 months before release. 245 cases of the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon were produced.
